Hello again! I’ve added 30+ images to the Dutch Harbor collection that I’ve been meaning to add for a while now. I have taken something like 6,000 pictures since I’ve been here and I have only had a cursory look through most of those. I am hoping to put together a book by the time I leave next year and I am on track to have a great collection of photographs. Dutch Harbor is one of the most photogenic places I’ve been to. Most of Alaska is very photogenic but the Aleutians weather is so dynamic that there is almost always great light. Anchorage you have to be a little more on top of it. We are starting to enter the wet, windy, and dark winter so we’ll see how I feel about Dutch Harbor come next April/May! I am keeping my fingers crossed that I can see the aurora at least once down here in Dutch but we’ll see!
