I just finished editing all 3000+ images from my trip to the Washington DC area around Halloween and have uploaded my favorites. To be honest some of my favorite pictures were of my nieces and nephew but those don’t really  fit into my landscape/travel website! Rock Creek Park was definitely a highlight of this trip. It was such a surreal experience to be in the middle of Washington DC and to have complete silence. It felt like I was in the Appalachians or up in New England rather than 15 minutes from the Nation’s Capital! I’m back in Alaska now and maybe I can catch the Northern Lights soon!
